Bill’s Famous Dill/Cucumber Appetizer

1 loaf hard-crusted baguette (3/8” slices)
1 large cucumber (peeled)
10 grape tomatoes (halved)

Slice cucumber in half – with apple corer, remove seeds and cut remainder in 1/8” slices. Spread Bill’s Famous Dill Spread on bread slices. Add cucumber and tomato slices (skin side up). Serve chilled.

Bill’s Famous Dill/Salmon Appetizer

Bill’s Famous Dill Spread
1 loaf hard-crusted baguette (3/8" slices)
1 pkg thinly-sliced smoked salmon

Spread Bill’s Famous Dill Spread on bread slices. Add slice of smoked salmon. Serve chilled.

Bill’s Famous Cheese Grits

Bill’s Famous Cheese Spread
1 box Instant Grits

Follow cooking instructions for instant grits. Halfway through cooking time, stir in 1 teaspoon (per serving) of Bill’s Famous Cheese Spread. Continue cooking. Serve hot.
